Synergos comes from the Greek word for "co-laborer" or "fellow worker" the Apostle Paul uses throughout Romans 16 to commend his ministry partners.

Most pastors don't sign up to be pastors because they love finances, human resources, and church operations. Unfortunately, seminaries do little to prepare pastors for this part of church leadership, and yet most pastors spend just as much time each week (if not more) tied up in church administration as they do in sermon preparation and shepherding their congregations.
