We do a 360-degree review of your church's executive ecosystem (strategic direction, finances, human resources, communication, etc)

Deliver a proposal to your church's leadership team highlighting strengths, growth opportunities, and how a partnership with SXP will empower church health

Our goal is for you to feel like we are just down the hallway on your team. You will be given full access to our team and all of our resources whenever you need them

We will prioritize a 60-minute check-in every 2-weeks (more frequent to start) to ensure we're staying aligned and connected

At the conclusion of our partnership, we will give you ownership of all of our systems and processes to ensure your congregation continues to thrive
