The cohort is group-based learning with executive wisdom, peer support, and practical tools. A full partnership assigns you a dedicated fractional Executive Pastor who becomes part of your team, providing hands-on implementation support for your specific church context. The cohort helps you think through decisions with peers; a partnership gives you a dedicated partner to implement them with you.

Each 60-minute call follows a consistent structure: 20 minutes of teaching on practical leadership topics, 15 minutes of Q&A related to the teaching, and 15 minutes of hot seat discussion where 1-2 pastors bring real challenges for group discernment. All calls are recorded with transcripts available.

Practical, ready-to-use resources from SXP's library of hundreds of documents—role descriptions, governance templates, budget frameworks, staff evaluation forms, strategic planning tools, and more. Each tool corresponds to the month's teaching topic and is designed for immediate implementation.

While we encourage you prioritize attending the live calls, every call is recorded and shared with the cohort (along with transcripts and notes). You can watch at your convenience and still participate in email group discussions. Most participants attend 6-8 calls live per year and watch recordings for the rest.

Absolutely. You'll have access to the cohort email group where you can ask leadership and administrative questions anytime. SXP leaders respond within 1-2 business days, and peers are encouraged to contribute their experience as well. This space is for thoughtful questions and co-laboring, not crisis situations.

Yes. What's shared in the cohort stays in the cohort. You're welcome to share general principles and tools you learn, but specific situations and details about other participants' churches remain confidential. We take this seriously.

$99 per month or $999 per year (save $200 with annual). This includes all live calls, recordings, email group access, monthly tools, and ongoing support. The cohort is automatically included at no additional cost for churches currently in a full SXP partnership.

No long-term contracts. Monthly subscribers can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Annual subscribers commit for one year (non-refundable) but can choose not to renew. We want you here because it's valuable, not because you're locked in.
