About SynergosXP
SynergosXP (SXP) connects generous ministry partners with overwhelmed pastors and struggling congregations to ease the burden of church administration. We aim to become a trusted ministry partner that empowers pastors and churches to experience joy, fulfillment, and longevity in their calling and purpose. Synergos comes from the Greek word for "co-laborer" or "fellow worker" the Apostle Paul uses throughout Romans 16 to commend his ministry partners.
Most pastors don't sign up to be pastors because they love finances, human resources, and church operations. Unfortunately, seminaries do little to prepare pastors for this part of church leadership, and yet most pastors spend just as much time each week (if not more) tied up in church administration as they do in sermon preparation and shepherding their congregations. Regrettably, most churches don't have the resources necessary to ease the burden of church administration off of their pastor.
SXP receives tax-deductible charitable contributions from generous ministry partners who are passionate about seeing pastors experience joy, fulfillment, and longevity in their calling and purpose. The generosity of these ministry partners results in overwhelmed pastors and struggling churches receiving the support they need for a fraction of the cost of hiring a dedicated executive pastor.

Drew Richey
Executive Director
Drew Richey is the founder and Executive Director of SynergosXP (SXP). With almost 15-years of church leadership experience, Drew can directly empathize with the pressures and demands of being a local pastor. Holding a Masters of Divinity, Drew combines theological understanding with practical expertise. His strengths and passion for the Church and fellow pastors shape his strategic and forward-thinking leadership. As the driving force behind SXP, Drew empowers pastors and congregations to thrive.

With a background in project management and 8 years of administrative experience in a local church setting, Kara brings a unique blend of educational insight and practical church knowledge to her role. Her diverse experience enhances her ability to streamline processes and foster collaboration. Kara's passion is to bring organization to ministry environments and empower others to maximize their God-given gifts and abilities. Kara plays a crucial role in coordinating partnerships that enable pastors and congregations to thrive in their calling and purpose.
